We shall not be obliged to supply the Product to you until we have accepted your Order. Unless expressly stating that we accept your Order, an email or other Acknowledgement of your Order by us is purely for information purposes and does not constitute the Confirmation of Order. In that Acknowledgement, we may give you an Order reference number and details of the product you have Ordered. We may in our discretion refuse to accept an Order from you for any reason, including unavailability of supplies

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the Products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not customized to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

Neither ICS nor any of its agents or representatives shall be liable for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use this website or the services or content provided from and through this website. Furthermore, ICS makes no representations or warranties, implied or otherwise, that, among others, the content and technology available from this website are free from errors or omissions or that the service will be 100% uninterrupted and error free. This website is supplied on an “as is” basis and has not been complied or supplied to meet the user’s individual requirements. It is the sole responsibility of the user to satisfy itself prior to entering into this agreement with ICS that the service available from and through this website will meet the user’s individual requirements and be compatible with the user’s hardware and/or software. All items purchased from ICS Click2buy.ics.com.ph are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from ICS to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier.

All the contents, trademarks and data on this website, including but not limited to, software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, logos and agreements, are the property of, or licensed to, ICS and as such, are protected from infringement by Philippine law on Intellectual Property Rights.

Pricing is before GST (Government Sales Tax). All prices are quoted in Philippine currency (₱).

- Cash, Gcash, Bancnet and Paypal are the acceptable payment methods ( minimum P1,000.00 order required for non-cash settlements ) - Company will send you an email notification to confirm your payment and Order. - We recommend you to keep a copy of your transaction and copy of terms and conditions and store it an easily accessible place for your easy reference.

You warrant that all details you supplied to us for the purpose of purchasing the product from us are accurate, that the credit or debit card, or account or other payment method which you used is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product purchased. We reserve the right to validate your payment details before we deliver the product.

Your Order remains valid as an offer until we issue our confirmation of your Order or, if previously, when we receive your notice cancelling your Order.

Should an order be placed for an item which ICS do not have in stock or an item is on backorder, we will first contact the customer and only then order the stock from our suppliers. Should our suppliers not be able to confirm a date within fifteen (15) days from time of the order for delivery, we will contact you and act on your instructions.
